I am expert in semiconductor and opto-electronics packaging development and manufacturing. I have also some background in the development of medical equipment.

- Over 25 years professional experience in research, development and manufacturing of semiconductor devices and opto-electronic modules with focus on performance, manufacturability, and cost.
- Experience in research, development, and manufacturing of medical equipment.
- Proven management skills as a department and team leader, and project manager (up to 12 direct reports, managing departments with up to 23 employees).
- Building up and managing R&D and production engineering teams.
- Project leadership of complex, multi-site development projects (Europe, USA, Far East).
- Quality Management Systems and Risk Management for the development and production of medical devices as well as semiconductor components.
- Innovative spirit, 12 patents and patent applications.
